SIZING & FIT

What if I am unsure of what size to get?

If you’re unsure about sizing, head to Instagram DMs (@house_of_reverence), call us on 0481323727 during business hours or the contact us page and send us your usual sizes alongside any notes on preferred fit.

We’ll make a recommendation based on what you tell us. We can’t promise that we’ll get it exactly right, but we’ll definitely do our damn bestest to find clothes that suit what you want.

ORDER & PRODUCTION

How long till I get my order?

Australia

If it is ready in store, it will be sent within 2 days, just allow for postage time.

If it’s not in store, it will be manufactured and printed and sent to you in approximately 2 weeks (+ postage time).

Leather jackets can take up to 3 weeks to manufacture.

International

International order will follow the same manufacturing time. Shipping time will be longer, approximately 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

I accidentally put in the wrong address/size/email/phone number?

Contact us ASAP! Give us a ring at 0481323727 or Instagram DM (@house_of_reverence) and we will do our best to fix it up for you if it hasn’t been shipped off yet.

Usually we can do exchanges at our Northcote store (378 High St, Northcote, VIC Australia) with certain exceptions.
